🍝 Your One-Pot Hosting Menu (Calm Nights, Full Table)

Hi, Sweet Friend!

There is something deeply comforting about a meal that asks very little of you — and gives a lot back.

This week’s hosting menu is built around one beautiful truth: one pot is enough.

Your main dish is this cozy, crowd-friendly wonder:

👉 Cheese & Pasta in a Pot for a Crowd
(One pot. Cheesy. Generous. Impossible to mess up.)

Here’s how I’d turn it into a full hosting moment without breaking a sweat:

🍝 The Main
One big pot of cheesy pasta — bubbling, golden, and meant to be shared. Bonus points for using your previously frozen Italian-American Bolognese!

🥗 The Side
A simple green salad. Think: mixed greens, lemony vinaigrette, maybe a little parmesan. Nothing fussy. I love taking this American Greek Salad and serving it with a balsamic vinaigrette.

🥖 The Bread
Garlic bread. Homemade if you want. Store-bought if you don’t. Both are perfect. My Easy Garlic Bread is always a winner! Get a loaf of sliced bread from the deli, then slather your own buttery garlicky business on each slice. Wrap it up and bake for a bit!

🍰 The Dessert
Something storebought and lovely. Cake slices, cookies, little pastries. Hosting does not require baking. ((Everyone loves a little nostalgic candy after dinner!))

This is the kind of menu that lets you stay present — not stuck in the kitchen.

The pot does the work. You set the table. Everyone eats well.

🪄 And that’s the magic.

You don’t need five courses to host beautifully.
You need warmth. Intention. And a place for people to land.

One pot is plenty 🤍

Cheering you on with a heart full of love!

Happy Sunday, Sweet Friends! Somewhere along the way, hosting picked up a reputation it never asked for. ((Social media does the perfection game no favors, y'all!)) Complicated. Stressful. Performative.Perfect or nothing. But here’s what I know to be true — from years of inviting people into my home: Dinner parties can change the world. Not because the food is flawless. But because people are fed and seen. You don’t need matching dishes. You don’t need an Instagram-worthy menu. You don’t need to...
