📋 The Sunday Setup

Hi, Sweet Friend,

It’s officially crunch time — but here’s the secret: if you get a few things done between now and Tuesday, you’ll breeze into Thanksgiving with confidence (and maybe even lipstick on). 💋

This is your final push — simple, strategic, and perfectly manageable.

Speaking of lipstick, pick out your outfit now. Add your accessories to a little baggie, and hang it on the outfit, ready and waiting for you on Thursday.

Moving on!

🛒 Your Final Grocery List

Here’s what to grab today so you can skip the chaos later:

  • Fresh herbs, produce, and dairy
  • Extra butter (trust me)
  • Beverages (chill your wine early!)
  • Baking staples (flour, sugar, vanilla)
  • A few “extras” for snacking and breakfast guests

The 3-Day Game Plan

Sunday: Bake pies, mix compound butter, prep crudités + dip.
Monday: Assemble casseroles, brine turkey, chill drinks.
Tuesday: Chop aromatics, set buffet flow, pull out serveware.

Tiny steps, big payoff. By Wednesday, your kitchen will look like magic in motion.

If you haven't printed off your Game Plan to fill in, it's not too late!

🧀 Easy Recipe for Everyday but Thanksgiving Day:

  • Pulled Pork Chalupa -- make this this afternoon, and eat on it tonight and tomorrow for lunch. Or, host your own Taco Tuesday and put out all the fixings. This is an easy "help yourself" meal when you put it into a slow cooker.
  • DIY Salad Bar -- Again, can you tell my theme is "help yourself!" Plop out all the Ruby Tuesday Salad Bar of your dreams and let people make their own. Most of these ingredients can be served again on Friday, too!
  • App & Yap -- If you have out of town guests coming in you'll want a simple something you can sit around and catch up with. These dips are crowd-pleasers and the perfect way to steal some total-quality family time.

🌿 Hospitality Hope

Hosting is an act of generosity, not performance. You’re not putting on a show — you’re setting the stage for connection. This week, remember: it doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautifully memorable.

*Extra* Goodies:

I love conversation starters, and this is a list I put together years ago!

🎊 Cheers to opening your home!
