Did y'all know I used to be a nanny? And every year, May would come, and the parents and I would sit down with our calendars and plot out who went where, to what event, with what kiddos. And to this day, I do not know how families do it... May is insane, y'all!

Let’s make this week feel easy.


🍽️ Your Game Plan

Cook Once, Eat Twice:
• Roast a pork shoulder or chicken (This is my go-to oven-roasted pork shoulder recipe.)


→ Night 1: main dish
→ Night 2: tacos, sandwiches, or salad topper

Fast & Fresh:
Greek-style chicken skewers + american greek salad
• Pasta + store-bought sauce elevated with butter & herbs

Low Effort Night:
• Rotisserie chicken + bagged salad + bread


Dinner Party Trick: Put everything on a board or platter = instant upgrade!
