🍽️ This Week’s Simple Menu

Think: light, fresh, easy, and just a little bit special.

Main Ideas:


• Herb roasted chicken (make once, use twice) - This is my go-to roasted chicken recipe I make once a week!
Caesar Salmon & Broccoli -- make a big piece of salmon so you can make a Niçoise Salad the next day!
• Turn any leftover roasted chicken into BBQ Chicken Sub Sliders for an easy dinner idea!

Sides to Mix & Match:


• Big green salad with a bright vinaigrette - I keep the 'makings' for Dippy Salad in my fridge allllll week long.
Notecard Coleslaw - this is my darling grandmother's recipe, and it's delish!
Air Fryer Potatoes and Onions -- again, make extra for your Niçoise Salad!

Something Fun:
Firecracker Dip is great to keep in your fridge to dip into through out the week!
